These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (mirandacleanfl.online) and the residential and commercial cleaning services we provide in the State of Florida, USA. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Miranda Clean Co LLC provides home cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, commercial cleaning, and vacation rental / Airbnb turnover services in Sarasota, Venice, Palmetto, Parrish, Ellenton, and surrounding Florida areas. Specific scope of work is agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Quotes & pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition, size, and scope of the cleaning. We will communicate any material changes before performing the work.

3. Booking, scheduling & access

You are responsible for providing accurate service address details and a reliable means of access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property at the appointment time, a lock-out fee may apply.

4. Cancellations & rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or same-day cancellations may incur a fee to cover scheduled labor.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept commonly used payment methods, communicated at the time of booking. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by Florida law.

6. Satisfaction guarantee

Your satisfaction matters. If you are not satisfied with any area of our work, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

7. Liability & insurance

Miranda Clean Co LLC carries general liability insurance. We take care to protect your property; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items that are not properly secured, or wear and tear. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.

8. Items we do not handle

For safety reasons, our team does not handle biohazards, pet waste in excessive amounts, mold remediation, or other specialized cleaning requiring certified contractors. We may decline service in unsafe conditions.

9. SMS & communications

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
